Newbie in Need: Text that expands down the page

Need basic help; a step-by-step guide would be good to convert a Word form that has a text field (dynamic text field?) that expands down the page if the user enters lots of text.



I have failed so far running into all kinds of problems. One problem is that any pasting of the text object from one that actually performs the task I need generates a "Can't be done with Adobe Art" or something like that. I don't even know what adobe art is. Is a line adobe art?



I have the Classroom in a Book and can't find help there. The manual mentions dynamic text fields as a possibility but not how to create them.
