Missing Object Pallette

I appear to be missing the object palette,and cannnot get it to appear. Will someone please tell me what i need to do to get the object palette in my designer ?

Under the Window menu you will see all of the palettes listed. Make sure the object palette is selected. Or you can hit Shift-F7 to toggle the palette
