I do not know how to set text field kerning or space between letters, to fit background image, text that user writes must be spreaded, how to make that ?
I saw document with something like this but have no idea how to make it, please help :)
What you are describing is a "comb field". You can create comb fields in old-style Acrobat forms, but not in Designer 7.x. Unfortunately, you cannot create a form in Designer and then add fields in Acrobat.
The text engine used in Adobe forms products does not currently support kerning or any other horizontal spacing modification.
