Integrating LC Forms into MS Outlook Contacts

Is it possible to connect an LC form to the data in MS Outlook Contacts?



I would like our sales personnel to be able to open an LC quote request form from within Outlook's contact manager and populate the header of the form with that contact's information.



The sales person would then complete the details of the RFQ and email it into our quoting department.
