Hyperlink in pdf forms

I want to provide a link as a static text while designing the xdp.Please help me for this. Any info. related to this is highly appreciated.

Hyperlinks were first added to Designer in v8.2.1, I believe; available with LC ES 1.5, or with Acrobat Pro 9.
