I have requirement for converting an HTML page to PDF file using VB.Net onclick of a link on the webpage. I used a licensed version of Acrobat professional 8.0 (Acrobat.tlb) to do this. When I deployed this code on the server (having Windows 2003 and Visual stodio 2005), I get a COM error. Later I understood that Acrobat professional 8.0 is not for server. Please let me know if I buy ADOBE LIVECYCLE product for server will I be able to convert the HTML to PDF on web server having windows 2003. Could I get some samples or SDK/API to do a POC before I go and purchase Livecycle PDF generator.
