How do you add a object to a form that is already been created

I created a entire workbook for one of our offices in Adobe Designer which are fully interactive and complete, now they want me to be able to copy a portion of a XML into some of the forms.

First question is can this be done. How do I make it as a part of the form that they can not edit or change if it can be done.
