How can i rotate a static text field

can i rotate 90° a static text field ?

By "static text field" are you referring to a Text object (static text) or a Text Field? Regardless, if you select your object and click the Layout palette, you will see an "Anchor" property and four buttons beside it to rotate the selected object. The anchor determines on what axis the object is rotating.
