Getting field values in Script QPAC

Avatar

Is there an example of using the Script QPAC? I have a process that collects 1 to many users that have to approve a request. I want to loop through the users and send each user to a workflow step for approval of the request. I want the process to wait until all users have responded. To do this plan on using a split QPAC to manage that, I just have to get the users out of the fields on the form so I can send each to the spilt.

Thoughts and/or examples would be wonderful.

Thanks

Hi Bob

There are a couple of questions to help work out how you can do this:

- Where are the users going to be defined?

- How are the users going to be defined - a series of names in a form, in a database table somewhere?

- Are the approvers the same each time, or does it vary?

- Are there a variable number of users each time the process runs?
