Getting data from Database

i have bind a dropdown list with the MS Access database by specifyin a query.

But when i preview the form, only the first record from the database is shown in the drop down list.

Sounds like you bound the item value instead of the list contents. You have to enable dynamic binding in Designer to do that.

cld u explain how do i do that??

i just created a data connection with DSN on the Access data base
