Forms on a Mac

Hello,



I have a form on our server that everyone with Windows can use. But no one using a Mac can fill it in. I don't even know what questions to ask. Can someone help?

1. Ask your end user what reader they are using on the mac?

2. What are you using on the Windows side? (Reader / Acrobat ?)

3. How was the form created? (Acrobat, Designer, 3rd Party?)

4. If you can send me your form to davidl AT ensemble.com , i can take a look at it.

Your Mac users are probably using 'Preview' to view their PDF-files. Preview comes bundled with MacOS X and is capable to open static PDF files, however you CAN NOT use it for Interactive forms.



Just ask your Mac users to download the Mac-version of Adobe Reader 7.0.5 or later and it will work OK.
