Form Rendering in HTML format is invalid

Is there a setting on the Adobe Server that will create a wait page while a large form is rendering in HTML? We have some very large forms and sometimes if the internet connection is slow the form will render incorrectly and show our javascript code on the page. When this happens the validations do not execute. It would be nice to allow the form server more time when rendering large forms.
