form guides document not disclosed bug

Using form guides and Workspace ES i try to display a form guide. The form guide - flex part loads fine, but when it starts to load the pdf i get a "PDF Call Error: MessageDocNotDisclosedError : Target document not disclosed. : 1,getBridgeVersion" error. The result is the flex form showing in Workspace but no PDF icon visible and so i cant switch the view to PDF.



I'm using IE6 and Adobe Reader 7.0.9. I'm wondering if there's any livecycle error report service?

This is a known issue regarding Acrobat side initialization of the FormBridge communication if reader version is less than 8.0. Is upgrading to Reader 8 an option?

We are having Problems with a form created with Adobe LiveCycle forms - we are getting same document not disclosed. We have Adoboe Reader 9+ and trying to get all fields of the form. Any ideas????
