I'm trying to integrate Canon Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) with Adobe LifeCycle Workflow. My goal is to have the MFD create a PDF file and send it to a shared folder, from there the Workflow should pick it up.
With a sandbox installation I tried to configure a simple workflow to test the pickup, using the FolderWatch QPAC from Avoka, after the pickup log something with the VariableLogger and then I delete the file. This sounds simple enough, but nothing happens? I can't find any error message(s) in the logs or on the console.
What is the best way to diagnose this problem?
