Flowing text between multiple text fields located on multiple pages

I'm trying to get 3 text fields on 3 different pages to flow into each other. I've seen how to have text fields on a single page flow into each other using subforms, but not when the text fields are on different pages.

Am I trying to achieve the impossible or just missing something obvious?

Here is my current setup.

I'm using Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0

Not sure what you mean by flowing into each other. Can you be a bit ore descriptive? Also if you want to post your sample to livecycle8@gmail.com I can have a look.

Hi,

I hope to understand, you want to merge the contents of 3 textfields into one?

No?

Sorry for wasting time!

Yes?

1. Then you have to create a new text (not textfield)and fill it with some spaces(_). [_ _ _ _ _ _]

2. Then you mark the first space in the text with the mouse, click right to open the context menu and coose "flowtext".

3. In your hierachy you will find now an new text field and the text shows [{textfield}_ _ _ _ _].

4. Rename the textfield in your hierachy to "text field 1" and set it to "global".

5. The Text now shows [{text field 1}_ _ _ _ _].

Mark an other space in the test an repeat the step 2 - 4 for the other text fields.

[{text field 1}_{text field 2}_{text field 3}....]

If you now enter text into text fields, the text will show the entered text just in time.
