Facing error "No image iterator for filename octet-stream." while using decode service in Barcoded F

Hello everyone,

I'm facing error "Caused by: ALC-BCF-002-001: No image iterator for filename octet-stream." when I input a tif image in a watch folder.

Please note that my file was named something.TIF intially when I was facing error. When I renamed it to something.tif (only changed extension of the file to lower case), my process worked fine.

Can anyone please let me know why is it throwing this error when I put the filename in upper caps. Thanks

Regards,

Sunaif

Hi !

It is very frustrating. I get this message when trying decode file scan.jpg.

According to doc:

Document
A document value that represents a PDF document or a TIFF image that contains one or more barcodes to decode.

So, jpg is not supported format ... Great ...
