Drop-Down list - Linking to other data and pasting info

I have a two part question:



1. How do I populate the drop-down list from a list in word? I do not feel the urge to hand type 55 entries....



2. I would like after the user selects a name from the drop down list, that the PDF would auto fill an address, city, state and ZIP for them.



This is only for PDF use and not on the web.
