Is there a Dom tree listing for Designer anywhere I can reference? The DOM is a bit different than inside a web browser, and I need a better idea of how I can affect things using javascript.
Try getting familiar with the Form Model, Data Model, Host Model, and Layout Model. You also want to read about the Scripting Object Model, the Source tab and the Events especially the order of events. The Overview section should give you a good sense of these topics.
