Determine selecte Image Path in scripting

In LiveCycle Designer 8.1, I have a form containing an ImageField which exists in a repeating subform.

For each subform, the image is dynamically loaded from the source XML. The ImageField is bound to an Image XML tag which has a URL to an image defined as an attribute for that tag.

Where there is no URL defined for the element in the source XML, the image is empty hwne the PDF is viewed, but the user is able to click on the ImageField for that instance of the subform to manually select an image.

I want to know if it is possible using Javascript, to determine the file path of the image that the user selects from the network an utilise the filename to set the caption for the image field. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I do not believe that the path information gets exposed to you.

Thanks Paul. I wasn't to sure that this would be possible in Designer.
