I have been working on a table in Designer 7.1 that needs to span multiple pages. When both "Include Header Row in Initial Page" and "Include Header Row in Subsequent Pages" are checked, the header appears only on the first two pages. If two separate headers are created with one set to only appear on the first page and the other set to appear on subsequent pages, it works fine. The same issue also occurs with footers on the last and second to last pages.
