I have Acrobat Professional 8 with the included LiveCycle Designer (LCD). I opened a PDF form in LCD using the Create an Interactive Form with a Flowable Layout option. The form was originally created in MS-Word. The form is to be posted to our web site along with three other PDFs that give instructions, restrictions, and other information. (The form is a license application.) After getting everything just so and saving the form as a PDF, I tried to add the other pages. No luck, Acrobat will not allow the adding of XML files to PDF files. So, what now? I needed to rearrange several individual fields on the original PDF file as well as delete so images "under" the PDF image, which is why I opened it as Flowable.
