Conflict of 2 email addresses on form Distribution

Hi,

I have a form that has a "Submit by email" but on the same form I have another button that says "submit suggestions by email". Everything works fine until I try to distribute the forms, it says that there is a conflict of URL or Email addresses. Is there a way for PDF to choose one over the other? Thank you in advance!
