I have radio buttons on my subform and when I click for the first time on the radio button it doesn't show up as selected but when I click again it shows up as selected. Is this an existing bug?

I'm using Intempo 5 processes. When you add an attachment to a process, there is a copy of the file made in the Trans directory and a SQL insert is made in the WORKITEMDATA table.My problem : the file isn't copy in the trans directory and no SQL insert is made. Any ideas?Thanks!
