Hello!
I am working on the workflow that the user can add the attachment to the form but when the user submit the form and it route next to the next person, the attachment is lost. It works well in development with attachment got thru to its completion but it does not in production when the attachment is lost right after routing to the next person. I checked the database and see that attachment is there but not sure where it go next that does not go thru to the next step. Does any one have the same problem or have any idea about how to fix it? I would appreciate it.
