Archive Management : Admin console error

Hi

I am getting this error when I click on Archive Management in admin console. Please help me



ALC-DSC-012-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.registry.ServiceNotFoundException: Service: ApplicationManager not found.

Your installation of LiveCycle is not successful. It looks like LiveCycle has no access to the Global Document Storage folder that has been defined in the LCM (LiveCycle Configuration Manager).

I have created a global document storage in D:/GDS . But then why it is again giving this error. What should be done to give access to global document storage folder.

Check you appserver's log. It'll probably tell you what's going on.



If this is Windows, then the GDS setting should be:

D:\GDS

not

D:/GDS

its D:\GDS only. But after running the LCM also i am not able to find any files inside this folder. Please suggest from where I can get those required files.

for me , I gave my Temp folder and GDS folder for Administrator(Read/Write) and when i configure LCM,backup file or other files were being witten there.
