add information in database

Hello I'm new in live cycle I want that when end user fill the form and submit the data will automatically come to my sql database please help me with this.

You need to submit to a web program (servlet) and have the servlet update the DB.

That is not my forte ...I suggest that you hire a consultant to help you out. There are a number fo Adobe sanctioned ones on the web site if you want to look there.
