We are integrating a third-party mobile app with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with data collection. The goal is to collect and ingest app data into AEP using AJO’s data collection capabilities. However, we are facing challenges in successfully capturing and forwarding the data from the third-party app to AEP via AJO. The issue could be related to configuration, data mapping, or connectivity between the systems, preventing seamless data ingestion.
Let me know if you want me to refine this further!

Hi @debanjanab15925 , I would suggest to use Adobe debugger extension and also establish a session between App and mobile sdk with data collection "Assurance" to troubleshoot the issue.

Hi @debanjanab15925 - Can you checkk if you have setup the data collection and wrote the rule to forward the data to edge network on some mobile activity and configured datastreams in data collection and forwarded the data to mobile event dataset plus published the launch library and included that in your mobile application
Hi @debanjanab15925 , I would like to know more details on how the implementation is setup. Are you using mobile sdk, if so you can follow this guide and make sure all the sdks are installed and initialized from app.
