Methods to export a particular AJO Node data into RTCDP in custom dataset/segment

Avatar

Hi All,

Need help on below scenario.

I am using AJO to split audience data into 60%(Node A) and 40%(Node B). Now I want to export Node B data into RTCDP as a segment/ store in custom dataset (Not in OOTB). Is it possible? If yes please help me with the steps.

Note: I am aware that we can split audience using compose audience but here the requirement is using AJO.

thank you in advance!

You can either:

  1. Add the Journey Step Event Dataset to profile and filter on the node you are looking for (do this if you want to create many different audiences, for many use cases)
    1. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/data-management/datasets/get-star...
  2. Use a custom action like @Umamaheswari_Yakkala suggested for a specific action (knowing you have to add this if you want to do this in a different use case)

Hi @shubham10 can you please share the use case that led you to this technical requirement?

Hi @aa_from_savoy we want to split the data into 60% and 40%. I need to use the resulting dataset for CJA as well as in segment to activate data to different destination based on the split.

Hi,

You can utilize the journey action to feed data into the dataset. Ensure this action targets your custom dataset's streaming URL.

Thank You,
