Is it possible to configure rules to enable/disable a 3rd party extension? For example, user makes cookie consent selection on site, triggering enable/disable that extension.

Is it possible to configure AEP (Launch) Data Collection rules to enable/disable a 3rd party extension? For example, when a user makes a cookie consent selection on site, can we trigger the enablement/disablement of the relevant extensions (ex, Google, LinkedIn, Meta advertisers)?

If so, how can we do this? Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
