@Michael_Soprano I’m approaching this as a hypothetical question to better understand the process. My assumption is that it's a daily export file that has been manually uploaded for the past year, since the data engineer declined to build an ETL or automation for it. It could be a marketing campaign results from outbound partner. Each of these local file uploads via the UI results in a separate ingest record under Dataflows > Sources. 

External audience import?

This is less common under “Local file upload” but possible, depending on platform features.
