The INGEST-1401-400 error usually means the ingestion engine encountered a row that doesn't align with your XDM schema's expectations.
Most often, this is caused by a Data Type mismatch (e.g., sending text into a numeric field) or an incorrectly formatted Timestamp (AEP requires ISO 8601). I would recommend checking the Monitoring tab for that specific Batch ID. it usually provides a sample of the failed rows so you can see exactly where the formatting broke down. Are you ingesting via CSV or JSON?"
