Data Count Mismatch between AEP Journey Orchestration and Marketo.

Hello,

Any suggestions on what Marketo Smartlist filters I should use to pull daily counts in Marketo? The "End success node" query data does not match data counts in Marketo using "has AEP  Segment". TY!

@user20896 if your segment logic in AEP uses specific criteria (e.g., profile fields, activities, segment entry/exit), try to replicate those as closely as possible in the Smartlist filters.

  • For profiles derived from AEP segmentation, use Member of Smart List if syncing membership.
  • If membership is based on custom fields, utilize field-based filters, e.g., AEP Segment = True.
  • When building Smartlists to get daily counts, always include date-based filters such as: Created At or Person Was Created with Date of Activity = today
