Customer AI score update frequency

Is there a way to request/enable a more frequent score update of Customer AI Scores?

 

We are currently onboarding Adobe Realtime CDP within AEP. In AEP Customer AI, the most frequent update option for a score is "weekly". Additionally, this is not "weekly after x days of first customer contact", but rather a fixed weekday. This means that depending on a user's first weekday on our platforms, we get information about a user's propensity (to subscribe) at different timeframes in their lifecycle.
We need to identify and target users quickly after they made contact with our platform and be able to evaluate how their propensity (to subscribe) develops over time.
If I understand the capabilities of Customer AI correctly, the offering does not look suitable for our purposes. Is it possible to update these scores at least on a daily level?

Hi Tim,

I’ve reviewed the customer AI documentation. Currently, scheduling is limited to monthly or weekly frequencies—based on the documentation, more frequent options don’t appear to be available. You may want to check with Adobe whether this could be enhanced in a future release.

A few key points to note:

Data basis: Predictions rely on user event data, typically the last 30 days.
Frequency impact: More frequent runs require substantial data volume to ensure meaningful results. Without sufficient data, you risk:
No significant changes in outputs.
Inaccurate or unstable scores.
