Custom AEM Email Components – Styles Not Loading in Adobe Campaign

Hi Team,

We are using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 ) v7 on-premise, integrated with Adobe Campaign, and have created a custom email page template that includes several custom components.

When we send this content to Adobe Campaign, the components render correctly, but the styles are not loading as expected in the Campaign delivery.

Could you please help clarify the following:

1. Why are the styles not being applied when the email content is sent from AEM to Campaign?
2. Is there any difference in how inline styles vs linked styles are handled in Campaign emails?
3. Does Campaign fetch styles from the AEM publisher instance, or do styles need to be embedded directly in the email content?
4. What is the recommended approach to ensure consistent styling of custom components across email clients when using AEM + Campaign integration?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
