Hi Developer Community,
I have successfully set up the WhatsApp API and configured the channel surface for native WhatsApp integration. Additionally, my business has a pre-approved Meta template available for use.
However, I am currently unable to view the templates within the integration interface. At present, my Facebook Developer app is set to Development Mode.
Could you please advise on potential causes for this issue? Are there any additional steps I may have overlooked in the setup process? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
