Change date format in UI and queries to DD/MM/YYYY

Avatar

Hi everyone,

The dates in the AEP UI and for query results are displayed as MM/DD/YYYY.

I would prefer it to display as DD/MM/YYYY in line with our locale (Australia); is there an option to change this?

I have tried setting my Adobe profile preferred language to English (UK), as well as my browser language to English (UK), no changes were observed.

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi @Rite18,

Thanks for the reply.

My issue is not with ingesting dates into platform, as the dates themselves are correct. My issue is with the way dates are displayed in the UI as MM/DD/YYYY and I would prefer it to be displayed as DD/MM/YYYY.

@_Andy_ did you mean on the cloud/ Admin profile as suggested in the shared link?

@Rite18 Correct, on the Experience Cloud profile as suggested in the shared link, under section "To specify a default language". It leads to https://account.adobe.com/profile where I have already set my language preference.

Does AEP only support English (US)?

@_Andy_  no it should also support UK , if not working suggest you open an Adobe ticket or @kautuk_sahni  can you tell what would be the right option here for @_Andy_  for reaching out to Adobe support.
