AEM form to AEP profile attribute update

I have a requirement that there is an AEM form which user will update with their communication preferences opt-in, opt-out for email, sms, phone etc.. with ( Y/N) checkbox.

Once this form is updated by user , then i need to capture this data and update the this existing users AEP profile store directly using their email as a identity name space.
( Please note that we don't want to load this data into data lake via data collection using web SDK.). Requirement is to directly update the data from AEM forms into AEP profile attributes in near real time. Is there any endpoint API's or any other way to achieve this ?

Hi @sinrajNa1 ,

Can you please provide a bit of more details on your use case.

Are you using the this form as a preference center to unsubscribe? Are you triggering the email from AJO or from another martech tool?

In any case, It would be recommended to have consent values (like any other profile attribite) as part of dataset so that it is available in datalake for query service for reporting purpose.
