Adobe Experience Platform : B2b telecommunications industry

  • Does Adobe experience platform have out of box schemas specific to telecommunications industry?
  • B2B marketing organizations lean heavily on 3rd party data to populate and augment SMB account profiles, any specific integrations we should be aware of on that front (or lack of)?
  • Is there an OOB integration with Eloqua?

Hi @Praveenku32

  • Q1. Does Adobe experience platform have out of box schemas specific to telecommunications industry?
    • A: Yes there are a few OOB field groups such as below:
  • supratim320_0-1747746910133.png
  • Q2: B2B marketing organizations lean heavily on 3rd party data to populate and augment SMB account profiles, any specific integrations we should be aware of on that front (or lack of)?
    • A: When AEP consumes the data of account information, it receives them (ideally) from your salesforce/DWH system, so by that time, those are part of your 1st party system. AEP is capable of consuming data from different types of systems (resources) You can check the document for any source system you are looking for, if nothing, flat file and rest API are also available.
  • Q3: Is there an OOB integration with Eloqua?
    • Yes it is, please check the documentation above

Hopefully this resolves your query.
