Is there any way I can get access to AEP sandboxes for hands-on training.
Any link through which I can register?

You can also request a demo, if that helps

Or if you are already a client, you may want to contact your Technical Account or Customer Success Manager

Update: just came across this link where you can register for a 2-hour virtual instructor-led course as well
