Why the latency from MobileSDK to Core-Postback signal is higher? Where exactly is the processing time consumed by Adobe?

Hello Dear Community,

I tried to send Postback Signal with payload from Adobe Mobile Property to a third party vendor’s HTTP Endpoint, for near real time use-cases. I experienced latency of around 30-40 minutes to receive data in Third Party HTTP Endpoint. 

I have few questions on this:

1. Where exactly is the time taken by Adobe Servers, is it due to timestamp enabled data processing time?
2. How long does the Adobe Server take to process all requests coming from Mobile SDK to Launch (considering there are thousands of users on the app at the same time)?
3. Is there a way to reduce the latency?

Let me know your thoughts if you have come across some requests like this.
