Not able to access dataset in segment of AJO

Hi Folks,

I am new to Adobe journey Optimizer so please guide me .
I have created a XDM individual profile schema and  dataset with that schema. Now I want to do segmentation on the created dataset but when I am creating segment by selecting XDM profile attribute , no value is coming up. Does anybody faced same issue. Please help me out.

Can you please confirm that the Schema and linked Dataset in question are both enabled for Unified Profile and that a primary identity has been defined?

 

A primary entity, or profile entity, merges data together to form a “single source of truth” for an individual. This unified data is represented using what is known as a “union view”. A union view aggregates the fields of all schemas that implement the same class into a single union schema.

Hi @joshua_Eisi,

Yes Schema and linked Dataset in question were both enabled for Unified Profile and primary identity had been defined. I don't know why it was showing some weird behavior for which I created new schema and dataset and did segmentation and is working fine now.
