Adobe Target configuration page does not load

When trying to access the Adobe Target configuration tab, an error message appears:
Something went wrong.
We're sorry but something has gone wrong and we are unable to show this section at the moment. Try using a different section or closing and re-opening the debugger window.

Why is this feature important to you:
I use this feature often to debug profiles and matched activities. I have been receiving this message for approximately 7 days, which have included computer/browser/enxtension restarts
How would you like the feature to work:
It used to work, where I could enable Target Trace
