AA call is not Happening for my website

Hi Team,

I need your help with an issue I'm facing. Adobe Analytics (AA) is working correctly on our existing websites. However, after integrating the Adobe script into the <head> section of a new website, I noticed that while the rules are firing as expected, the AA network calls are not being triggered.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

Experience Cloud ID Service where based on cookie consent. Its always was opted out. Its resolved now

Hi @pradeep_joshi20 

have you tried reloading the underlying page? This is required when you open the AEP Debugger after the page has loaded.

Should this not work, you can drop me a message with the production URL, and I can have a look at it.

Tried to reloading the page and firing custom events to send the AA calls. Both not working.

As this is internal sites, will not be accessible outside.
