It's weird that request activation action triggers /var/workflow/models/request_for_activation1, but not original one /var/workflow/models/request_for_activation.
Please check if you have /conf/global/settings/workflow/models/request_for_activation1. If you have it, you will need to sync it. Open /editor.html/conf/global/settings/workflow/models/request_for_activation1.html and click "Sync" on the top-right side.
One thing that comes to my mind that you might have overridden WF model for request activation action. Check if you have /apps/wcm/core/content/sites/publishpagewizard. See more: https://blogs.perficient.com/2019/02/11/customizing-request-for-activation-deactivation-wizards-aem-...
Hi @AliSyed1,
Actually, since AEM 6.4 all workflows are located under `/conf/global/settings/workflow/models` and their runtime copies are persisted under `/var/workflow/models`. So, you copied only runtime copies that leads to error.
You need to take a package with `/conf/global/settings/workflow/models` from cloud instance as well.
Thanks for reply . It sounds like it works i will let you know once i check
Thank you so much.
No luck @konstantyn_diachenko I got same error again but I don't understand one thing that I am quick publishing page in cytech subsidary with the user group as cytech approver. since he does n't have publish access to some references in that page. default workflow should trigerred . why in error logs showing custom workflow model.
