User's localized article gets deleted when user creates same product under en_US locale

I am using the live copy . English is the base language ,remaining languages are copies of the English.

I have created one page in fr_fr locale with name "sample".  After that same page created in English , with the live copy configurations fr_fr page is getting replaced. 

How to avoid this situation ? Any help.

fr_fr is created with the help of details for this language available at  /libs/wcm/core/resources/languages
