User name is not coming in timeline while triggering workflow

When we are triggering a  customized workflow, so there are multiple steps like approving an asset and so on. We have one user group which will get notifications for approving the workflow so when any user approves an asset then in timeline we are getting that particular asset has been approved by workflow-service() instead of username. What changes can we make so that username should come instead of workflow-service.
