Unable to connect Adobe social communities for ASRP configuration in UAT

Hi,

We are trying to connect Adobe social communities for ASRP configuration in UAT systems and we are getting the following error.

“Cannot call AdobeSocial: Received 401 {"result":false,"error_message":"Stale timestamp","error_code":110}"

Is there any proxy configurations to be added?

Hi Maria,

Please see the Troubleshooting section of ASRP.  You may need to verify that time sychronization is happening and use a tool such as the Network Time Protocol (NTP) if not.

If that doesn't help, perhaps you may need to open a support ticket.
