Translation jobs failed/stuck Created from Reference Panel

Hi Team,

I am getting issue with translation jobs stuck to status SUBMITTED instead of Translation In Progress, if started after creating from Reference Panel.

We are using AEM 6.5.18 version.

1.  I have created Translation projects from Reference Panel using Human Translation Method.
2. Opened the Project Console and Started the Translation Jobs.
3. Jobs Status updated from DRAFT and stuck into SUBMITTED status.

Expected: Status should be TRANSLATION IN PROGRESS

Temporary Solution:

I found the workaround for the above issue is, If we Open the Translation Job Properties dialog from Project Console and press Save and Close. Then after it start the translation jobs, then it works fine and available to Vendor for translation.

But this should not be, Ideally Translation jobs created and started from Reference panel should work normally.
