TOuch UI - Custom RTF Plugin with Dialog Box

I want to create a custom Rich Text Editor Plugin in Touch UI. In this plugin authors will fill in information in couple of fields in dialog box and based on the information entered in dialog box, HTML will be populated in RTF field. Are there any examples of such custom RTF Plugins involving Dialog boxes?
