The whole dispatcher cache is invalidated whenever a page is activated/deactivated

The whole dispatcher cache is invalidated whenever a page is activated/deactivated, we have 6 sites launched, when ever I activate or deactivate the page whole cache is getting invalidated.

Please help me here.
